BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

How do I book a session?

Contact me through my website or social media to discuss your photography needs and preferred date. Your session is reserved once your booking agreement is completed and the required deposit is paid.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your session date. The amount and payment schedule will be provided when booking.

When is the remaining balance due?

Your remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking agreement.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

What should we wear for our photoshoot?

Choose outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Coordinating colors, timeless styles, and simple patterns photograph beautifully. I am happy to provide suggestions based on your session.

Do you help with posing?

Absolutely! You do not need to know how to pose. I will guide you throughout your session to help you feel comfortable while capturing natural expressions and genuine moments.

Can I bring inspiration photos?

Of course! I love seeing your ideas and inspiration photos. They help me understand your vision so we can create a session that feels personal to you.

MATERNITY AND NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHY

When should I schedule my maternity session?

I recommend scheduling maternity portraits between 30 and 37 weeks of pregnancy. Booking early helps ensure availability during your preferred timeframe.

When should I book newborn photography?

It is best to book during pregnancy to reserve a spot around your baby's due date. Once your baby arrives, we can confirm the session date.

Do you offer maternity and newborn packages?

Yes! Ask about available packages to document your pregnancy, newborn, and growing family through these special milestones.

CAKE SMASH AND MILESTONE PHOTOGRAPHY

When should I schedule my baby's cake smash?

Many families schedule their session a few weeks before their baby's first birthday so they can use the photographs for birthday invitations and decorations.

Can I choose a theme for my cake smash?

Absolutely! Share your preferred theme, colors, and ideas when booking so we can discuss creating a setup that fits your vision.

What if my baby does not want to smash the cake?

Every baby is different! Some dive right in, while others take their time exploring. There is no pressure. I will capture your baby's personality and natural reactions.

Do you photograph weddings and quinceañeras?

Yes! I photograph weddings, quinceañeras, sweet sixteen celebrations, and other special events. My goal is to capture the meaningful traditions, beautiful details, candid emotions, and unforgettable moments.

Do you help create a photography timeline?

Yes! I can help plan photography time for portraits, family photographs, special traditions, and important moments so you can enjoy your celebration with less stress.

Can I request specific photographs?

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions may take place in the studio or at an outdoor location, depending on your photography package. We can discuss location options that fit your vision.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Colorado weather can be unpredictable. If conditions make an outdoor session unsafe or unsuitable, we will discuss rescheduling or other available options.

PHOTOS AND DELIVERY

How will I receive my photographs?

Your finished photographs will be delivered through an online gallery or another agreed-upon delivery method, making it easy to view and download your images.

Are the photographs professionally edited?

Yes! Your selected images receive professional editing to create a polished final gallery that reflects my photography style.

How long does it take to receive my photographs?

Delivery times vary depending on the session and season. Your expected turnaround time will be discussed when booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

What if I need to reschedule?

I understand that unexpected situations happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your session date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms of your booking agreement.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your scheduled session. Late arrivals may reduce the time available for photography.
